Wow very nice and lovely work. I thought about to build one of this tiny models. They're highly detailed for that small scale. Really inspiring and thx for sharing Mathias.

You´re welcome.
Glad you like it.
unfortunatly I can´t make it to Wilnsdorf this year. Otherwise you could have seen it there "live". 🙂

Some more of this size and you can gather the complete Kriegsmarine on an A4-sheet. 😉 Amazing work, Mathias!👍

That`s good news! I think I will show some of my U-boats there as well.

Album info
Here are some pictures of my recently finished Admiral Graf Spee.
It´s the first time, I´ve built a model in this scale.
Because they´re made for wargaming, they lack some details, so I had to scratchbuilt them.
The masts, barrels of the 15cm and the 10.5cm guns are mdae from different copperwires.
The rig is made from heat-stretched-sprue.
The model is showing the Admiral Graf Spee in 1939 on her way to the atlantik, at the dawn of war.
It´s the first time, I´ve built a waterline model, including the water.
there´s enough potential to get better. 😉
I hope you like it.
(The pictures are taken from a distant of about 15cm. So the size on your monitor nearly matches the real size of the model.)
