Hi Mates, I just started this kit
you can see some parts of the cockpit here - the upper part contains 33 parts 😄 what a PE battle
the fit as far as I noticed is quite good
the seat contains 7 resin parts and 13 PE parts when ready
this time there will be no pilot

MiG in all versions ?? as a construction program until retirement 🙂
I like to watch again, my experience is limited to 2 MiG 21 from Edu and the MiG 21 UM from Trumpeter, but I could imagine some European versions still coloring, Edu is unbeatable in quality, unfortunately with some work very complex

Suchoj's are great planes a Su-24 would be my choice 😄
Of you use a pilot in the cockpit it sometimes happens that the canopy does not close caused by the Trick material of the canopy - but that are details you can deal with your creativity 😉

That is exceptional work Stephan. Considering the over thick cowling plastic, you have achieved a wonderful result. 🙂 👍
Salute. 👍

Not that much progress so far 🙂
coating is on I used dull aluminium from Vallejo - looks quite nice in real
I also did some work on the base plate - added some wash here and there
and broke the pitot tube by accident - business as usual 🤔

Just FYI, the red field of the roundel on wings have to face inwards (i.e towards the fuselage), not outwards. See for example this picture [img1] as a reference. Otherwise 👍
