Amazing paint. What did you use for the "mottling" effect?

Allan, the mottling effect was a happy accident. I was trying to mix a couple of colors with silver to get a metallic effect and I did not like the result. Since it was Tamiya paint I decided to spray it down with some Windex to get it all off. I hit it with the Windex and it immediately started eating away some of the paint. It looked cool so I quickly ran it under the water in the sink to stop what it was doing. After it dried for a couple of days I hit it with some washes and weathering.

After all the mean things paint seems to do to us it is good to get a win every once in a while. That is for sure a win.
