That is a stunning model the weathering is amazing , just a small point though the door on the Hurricane is an escape panel and not hinged , nota criticism but I thought you might want to know

Hi Enrico, that's fantastic, I had the same Idea 4 years ago. But my Hurri is still not finished.

Thanks guys. This is my first attempt on doing a whitewash camo. I'm not completely satisfied with the result, because in my opinion is slightly overdone, I use Mig washable white, that is great but not easy to control.
@ Simon: oooops... thank you for the suggestion
@ Dieter: your models are wonderful!!! in special way the "what if fluggerate" section!

No problem Enrico , it's a common thing that I've seen on some fantastic builds like yours and easy to fix as for the white I think it is perfect as on the real aircraft they weathered quickly as it was only a whitewash and rubbed off really easily so it's hard to overdo it

Thanks for the appreciation.
Basically I sprayed three layers of paint, first aluminium, then the original RAF camo to end with white. I'd like to get a more realistic result between the scratches and the white. I'm young as modeler and this Hurricane was a practice for weathering. I already have some ideas to improve the technique.

Thank you guys. I'm planning to build a Bf109F "western front" also in white. This camo is really interesting to reproduce.

Yess.. just bought a Trumpeter 1/32 Bf109F4. Nice kit, a bit over engineered in my opinion, even though I like this scale I'm not interested on stuff like open cowls or weapons bays.

Album info
Hawker Hurricane MkIIc in VVS service. The project is final coating with a winter whitewash. Almost a "what if" subject, but I like it. The kit is the very very old 1/32 Revell-Monogram, with some add-ons and a lot of work and also a lot of money... but I started it before the release of the Fly new tool 1/32 Hurricane...
