Revell's 1/24 scale Joey Saldana Sprint Car
I believe this is the first completely OOB build I've done, with no modifications or additions, using kit recommended paint scheme, and no weathering.
This is a Revell Skill Level 5 kit, and the structure and assembly procedure is quit a bit different from any other car kit I've built. Many of the parts are quite delicate, making for a challenging build.
This view shows off the asymmetrical wing side panels, rear tires, and rear suspension, all of which are designed to increase traction, and keep the cars glued to the tiny oval dirt tracks these cars race on.

Stephan H.Nice one 👍 . I also have a sprint car in my collection which is manly a "chrome wing with extras". These cars are so nicely different.

Mike SzwarcThey certainly are different-- like an engine, transmission, fuel tank, and fat tires, with a few bits of metal tubing holding it all together, and wings to keep it down on the track. Oh, yeah, and a driver's seat stuck right in the middle of all that.
