Early production Panther Ausf. G
Started this in February 2019...
The RB Model barrel is a drop fit.
Second time using Tamiya's Detail-Up Zimmerit sticky-on things.
Fifteen cents worth of counterbalance weight (it's a nickel and dime kinda fix).
Trying something new. Most times I would just spend the money on a set of FriulModel.
Got the masking tape idea from the Internet (thanks Internet).
The dreaded half-link gap.
Oh no! A large amount of track sag.... Sorta fixed, moving on.
Practice makes perfect(ish). The left side turned out fine.
Sticker 16 is one big, pain in the neck. I made two cuts and it went on much easier.
As expected, the Tamiya grills are a drop fit.
Voyager Model side skirts set that I purchase from a retailer who got them through an estate sale. Not complete and this particular set is out of production.
The Internet to the rescue again (thanks Internet) for mounting information.

James. Thanks. Unlike the Ausf. D tracks that Tamiya makes, their Ausf. G are not workable (they just look pretty).

Cool, thanks for the info as I have the D set and was curious about the those as i couldn't see any references about them being workable.
