Another resurrection from 2017. This was the second kit I bought this time around (started with the Airfix Typhoon which I eventually scrapped) and hadn't really given any thought to the age of kits that are being sold on eBay. So I bought this without really knowing what I had bought.

So this has been a challenge for me. It's an older kit with raised panel lines and being new to kit building I wasn't as careful as I might have been getting all the panels lined up. Getting the nose to sit took loading up the nose and engines with.a mixture of green stuff and fishing weights. So much that the nose doesn't fit snug anymore and left me a self inflicted gap. Oops.
Lots of wonky joints, filler, trimming and sanding. Still plenty of work to do all over.
The plan is to do some more work on the cockpit area then prime the engines, nose and joins to see how bad it all looks.
