Ok, My first FROG, and it's a nice kit. Assembling is very good, not too much trouble.
Now my skill is better than in the beginning and I'm able to get more fast result.
I'm relatively happy with the masking of the canopy and the turret. Not perfect but ok.
The big trouble was for the paint, I have used "Extra Dark Slate Grey" and it seem its really too dark and there is not so much contrast with the Dark Sea Grey" (Italeri Acrylic), but too late.
I also make the mistake to put the Extra Dark Slate Grey first, then the Dark Sea Grey.
Also for the decals there is a problem of alignment in the printing.
I used the 'white JZ386' but the 'JZ535' decals was my first choice but too 'dark'.
During the construction I also find a way to manage 'Insignia White' problem.
If i try to use glossy white it take me too much time to achieve a result.
My solution is to paint in white mat, then after i can easily put a layer of insignia/gloss white to achieve same result.
