LooneyIt’s a really nice kit to build, but it’s best to note that there is extensive detailed painting to be done. There are good images on the internet of the reconstructed ship at Lelystad in the Netherlands. Revell suggests a mixture of four paint colours for their colour ‘D’. However, the ship at Lelystad would suggest that simple colour 55 would be the correct choice. I went with Revell’s suggested complex colour, because the light green colour used at Lelystad seemed too limp. Also, the instruction sheet does not show where part 35 should go. It should be located on the two relevant pin holes in part 11. Note that parts 26 and 35 have to be painted on both sides. I would recommend this kit to people who have the time and patience to do it justice.
