Lionel MarcoA kit I was lucking to find last week.
It must be one of the simplest kit of this brand: the fuselage is in resin.
But for the rest of the plane, you have tu build it from photo-etched parts and silk paper, just as the real plane.
It's tricky, but the result is stunning if well done, as the PE parts can be through the paper.

karatelThank you. It was a challenge for me. I had to design everything on my own, including decals. Some of them were printed at www.meliusmanu.pl , some of them are my own home-made inkjet decals. BTW, I tried lots of decal papers to print at home and found that Expert Choice decals are the best (from those which were available in Europe). Unfortunately I don't have a decent camera to make pictures, in real life it looks even better 🙂

Nathan DempseyWelcome Dutch! This build is turning into a slog. Clamps and super-glue "force-holds" galore. Luckily it is a tiny plane so I'm nearly done already, just completing all the seam sanding.

Nathan DempseyWorking on the cowl. I had to use 2-part epoxy clay to fill a large gap on the bottom of the cowl that was created by making the cowl fit straight & level.

DutchNathan, quick question. Why not just spray the first color overall, then mask only the subsequent colors? Saves at least one step, I should think. Carry on. I am enjoying the show.
