Good Morning, Bill This definitely is "Petting the Cat Backwards" Why, why, why Bill, I don't understand!!! And I will not comment on the Schwimmwagen Trippel below from Das Werk. ( I met the Das Werk chap at the USA Nats last month, seemed like a nice intelligent fellow, but now I wonder ) Catch Ya, Logan Post Script: Please respond with unkind remarks regarding Toon Tanks/Egg Planes.

I secretly feel that the cat likes it and protests a little to much. The cat also overcompensates with the ridiculous use of toon eggs.

Oh, it's just the start. Looking at the references, I think I'll have to use a lot of oils

These are so far coming from the airbrush only. I hope to achieve some more with oils, reference photos show some stains on the primer

I will be heading out to various museums in Germany to begin designing accurate riveting guides. There are plenty of aircraft I am interested in but I wanted to ask if anyone has a request for specific blueprints? My only criteria is that there must be a plane in Germany that I can take measurements from. Let me know if there is anything you want.

No requests, but you might find some planes here The Hermeskeil Files | Project by Mahoo76 (1:1)

Oh yes. Thank you Martin. The Junior family collection in Hermeskeil would be a great destination.

Gee, Michael, that's one Big ask! Do-24 would be great to draw but it will take me some time. That's one complicated machine. What scale would you need?

If I were to do the Do-24 I think I would probably start by going to the Technik Museum Speyer. The fuselage they have is easier to access. It being in such rough condition actually makes it easier to get accurate measurements. But afterwards I would have to contact the Deutsche Museum to get access to their plane in order to complete the drawings.

My intention is to do a véhicule used by a French paratroop regiment in Algeria.
Not certain of what tires they had ; may have changes depending on the periode ans the area of operation..

The Edouard set is nice but requires somme additional scratch.
If one intends toi leave hatches closes, then Eduard set isn't realy required.
