Weights added to the nose. Internal part where cockpit will go sprayed Vallejo Model Air intermediate blue. Engine intake internals painted Vallejo Model Air Insignia white. 🙂

@Rolf Rolf, Thanks for the kind comment. The kit is quite complex with a lot of parts and, as with some of the newer Airfix kits you have to be accurate as the fit is very tight. Other than that, so far, so good! 👍

Primer added and pre-shading. I have put the main canopy on to protect the cockpit. I'll be using the open canopies for the final result. 🙂

Main underside done, Hataka BS Light Aircraft Grey, Hataka Traffic White, Vallejo Model Air Gun Metal & silver used. Next will be the camouflage on top. 🙂

The camouflage, nose and tail planes now done in Hataka BS Dark Green & BS Dark Sea Grey, Vallejo Model Air NATO Black, Gun Metal, Silver and Aluminium. 🙂 Next will be varnishing and decals. 🙂

Painted with MRP paints. Note there is preshading, no wash. The MRP doesn't seem to go into the panel lines so you get a nicely muted wash effect. The serial number on the wing bottom is difficult. I wanted to mask and spray but the angles of the 'W' are so sharp that mask got distorted too much. It took quite some trouble to get rid of the silvering of the decal. Same with the 155 on fuselage which I should have masked and painted.
