Album info
Tamiya kit modified to represent the rare 75mm Easy 8 Sherman. The turret was replaced with Tank Workshop TWS 48026, which an early low bustle turret reworked with added cheek armor, late style commander's cupola, and oval loader's hatch. I also added an Aber turned aluminum gun barrel, some details from the T-Rex Easy 8 detail set, a Eureka metal tow cable, and stowage from Value Gear. Decals were printed for me by Decalomaniacs. Hardboiled saw action with the 16th Armored Division in Czechoslovakia just before the end of the war in May of 1945.
