Sebastian FernandezIt's an awesome kit, Erik. A real pleasure to build.
The only inconvenience were the mirror supports; the joints were difficult to glue. I decided to strengthen those joints with a bit of CA glue, and problem solved!

Sebastian FernandezI did some little modifications:
- Drilled the discs (time-consuming, but easy and adds a lot of realism)
- Painted all the stripes; it was hard, but it turned out very nice. There are some errors here and there.
- I didn´t use the screws to secure the fairings; I opted for tiny magnets.

Sebastian FernandezThanks! And yes, I know that this is totally inaccurate historically!!! Also, the real Cocktail Hour didn´t have a ball turret, it had a pivot-mounted gun in that position.

Sebastian FernandezHad so much fun doing this. My lightbox isn´t big enough, so I had to improvise some pics with different backgrounds on a monitor/tv. Turned out better than I expected!!!
