De Havilland Mosquito MK IV

 

The first Picture. The Rolls Royce Merlin with a scratch pipe. 

Who ever built this Kit before, knows how much work is behind this engine gondola….

My Interpretation of the OBOE Transponder. 🙂 

Landing gears and the scratch build containers which are missing in the kitt 

camouflage upper side and first Layer clear coat. 

Now with all markings on the upper side. The roundels and the keep off zone were brushed ( Airbrush with selfmade stencils ) the small marks are Decals. Starting the weathering now. 

Masks arrived!  

The decals from Eagles Edition are really great!

The Canopy parts in the Kitt are awful. Strongly recommended: Buy a third party canopy which is completely one piece! 

 

 

Despite the labriously build, a 1:32 pathfinder Mosquito is looking ****** good! 🙂
