Nice. I'm thinking of maybe buying one my self. How is the overall fit?
I'm asking because I think I've red somewhere that the fit is awful.

Don't even try. This is one of the worst kits I've ever done. There are many other solutions... Hasegawa, Kinetic and the best one - Tamiya. Even Academy don't use this mould anymore. Newer Academy boxes are Kinetic repack.

Thanks Vjekoslav, I thought so. I think I'd rather ask than to buy the kit and be sorry later.
I have Eduard boxing of a Kinetic kit at home, so I'm gonna stick with that.

i recently HAD to build this kit for some charity purposes and it SUCKS, that being said you made an amazing job with the kit imho, and no it's not the detail sets (that intake fod cover is a must, no need to wage a battle against such a stupid intake design!) - no matter how much aftermarket one could throw at this fugly lump of styrene bringing it up to such a level requires more skill than anything else, kudos! 👍 looking forward to your other f16 builds btw.

You really did a great job in mastering this "mule of a kit". 👍
Excellent result!

Phantastic result!👍 I love the ammo pack: simple bombs, not that rocket stuff you see that often! 😉

Great work Vjeko! I started recently my F-16 from Revell but in 1/72 scale.

good question 🙂 well, most of the fuselage... one good thing is that this kit has nice engraved panel lines.

Burkhard D must have been looking at something different thinking it's a 1/72 kit !!!!

Aaah, it's 48 scale. I feel some relief then. I was on the verge of giving up the hobby 😄

Burkhard, no shot at you mate, sorry if it came across that way, but I was thinking that you, (like me) would have been suddenly looking for an F-16 in 1/72 for your stash , as it would have been an awsome build if a 1/72 F-16 came with that much aftermarket stuff. No offence mate. 🙂

No offense taken at all, Kerry 🙂
Dunno what made me believe its 72, but even in 48 this is the best grey scheme paint job I have ever seen!

well, this paint scheme is not about scale, its about patience. It could be easily done in any scale.
