I've started building the Tamiya 1:48 Mosquito. I'm using the Eduard photo etch kit for this build.
Cockpit and bomb bay are finished. 🙂

....just had a look at your projects: you really are sure you have started modeling 2017? 🙂
I am stunned!

Thanks Roland!
Yes, that is true. I watched a lot of youtube-videos before I started 🙂.
And I've been kind of obsessed since I started 😉, built 15 kits in 2017.

The fuselage and wings have all been put together and married😉. I also finished the painting of most of the smaller parts. Next is filling and sanding.

Thank you Clifford! 🙂
The base camouflage is now finished. There are some mistakes I will have to fix, then it will be time for a clear coat and decals.

Decals are done!
Used Tamiya's Mark fit strong again and it works really well with Tamiya decals.
Next is weathering and assembly.

The Mosquito is finished! 🙂
Another one of those Tamiya models that was just a breeze to build. The Eduard pack added some extra detail that makes it even better.
I held back on the weathering a bit on this plane as I wanted it to look a little more pristine.

Thank you David! 🙂
My work is really stressful right now, so I need something to relax with when I get home and building models is just perfect for that, hence the pace 🙂.
