I'm pretty pleased with the way this turned out. This was my first time seriously trying candy painting, which is the blue cage around the inner frame. It came out okay! I also added a bunch of photo etch parts on the pegs that allow the arms to hinge up and down. This was painted with Alclad 2 for metallics (well, the big stuff, not the detail work which is mostly enamel) and Tamiya for most everything else.
