I received Revell's Millennium Falcon (03600) for Christmas and, whilst I am not a big fan of the original drab paint job of the ship, I wanted to build it regardless.
I decided to build it to look as if it were a piece of solid, aged metal. Brush painted using Revell & Humbrol enamels (black gloss undercoat, 2 silver topcoats), weathered with a black & grey chalk pastel wash.
A nice new desk ornament.
