Some great looking pictures, Robert. And I see a couple of the 'inspirations' for Lucasz's Amodel builds….

I am happy you like them, Mates 🙂
@Gordon - it is a pure coincidence, but yes I remember that Łukasz already built a model of one of these planes 🙂

Thank you sincerely, Robert, for your marvelous resources which you share.
Edit; is that a Sokol and a Wilga there in the mix?

You're welcome Isaac 🙂 I am happy you like them. Yes, on the photo #40 is PZL W-3 Sokół, and SP-3044 is Bocian glider, but there are no photos of Wilga yet. (I will upload Wilga's photos as well soon, I promise 😉 )

Fantastic thanks. Amodel's Wilga is the only aircraft I really want to splash out on at the moment. Getting rare nowadays. The tiniest aircraft since ... Leonardo da Vinci's groundbreaking mechanical fabric wasp. A true visionario <3
Edited to add; SP-AHI's civil registration is just a hop away from the RWD 6 of the 1930s - SP-AHL and SP-AHN. Very intriguing -- and some beautiful pictures of her.
Thank you.

You're welcome, Isaac, all my pleasure 🙂 I am really sorry that there is no decent kit of Wilga - Amodel's offering needs a lot of work and patience. I've asked Arma Hobby about Wilga (and other Polish planes), but they have different goals... The registration is a pure coincidence. Here you can see the airworthy replicas of RWD-5 and RWD-13 BTW:

In the beginning of November I will be in Cambridge and I hope I will find time to visit IWM Duxford (which is not easy using public transportation system...)

Sounds like you will be in Telford too?!
By the way: I would really appreciate an identification or two of the planes you showed as I have considerable gaps of knowledge concerning eastern aircraft.

There are so many "sweethearts" there and beautifully photographed.
Recently I heard a propeller plane but for whatever reason I didn't look for it. Later I found out that it was a Piaggio P.180, which I could have seen flying above me. *crying*
They are extremely rare here in my area.
After all, a Pilatus PC-12 can be seen every now and then.

Thank you once again, Shar! I love Piaggio - I've heard it is called "Ferrari of the sky' . It can fly with the speed that almost equals jet planes, indeed. Here in Lodz we have a local airport just in the outskirts of the city, with very easy access to the centre. Not many 'regular' airlines - Ryanair and Wizzair only - in fact. But there arrive quite many business jets (which fact I find great 😉 And it is also quite easy to take photos.
