MarcelI like your choice. Alex wasn't great in F1 for some reason, though quite succesful in other series. But he has had some major accidents to recover from. Not just his racing accident, which he has handled remarkably well, but also a very severe cycling accident in 2020 and a fire at his house in 2022 which also left him hospitalized. I've read that he can communicate, but I'm afraid he's not made a full recovery at all from his cycling accident. Still a very tough and inspirational man.

Kyle DeHartYes indeed. My thoughts exactly Marcel. He was a remarkably talented driver despite the issues in F1. He came back with a vengeance following his horrific racing accident. And then the cycling accident and I had heard about the fire. He has gone through a lot and has at least attempted to come back and remain positive each time. So I felt it would be cool to have this model of his.

Kyle DeHartSo I decided I would stick this together quickly as I haven't had much bench time. Got this used a while ago. The windshield was missing so I made some window dividers out of styrene rod. Also there's no interior so I just used some styrene cars behind my homemade frames and I'll just black them out. The base is fun and I'll likely just paint it some blues and grays and greens to give that VTTBOTS undersea look.

Kyle DeHartI find that hard to believe myself Bob. My daily driver is a 2008 (not a Mustang) and I don't even think about it being nearly 20 years old by now. Insane how quick time goes

BozzerNot a chance here. Bouncing all over the country, and back out tomorrow. I did get to spend a minute in my cave though. The only thing that makes me home sick!

Kyle DeHartJust been too busy to do much modeling or keep my threads up to date. However, I did manage to finish this one up. Super fun kit and not too bad to knock together with a spare 10 minutes here or 20 minutes there.
