Gary; the blue outline in the red stars in in use since around 2010 I believe.
Bart: The parts included in the box enable you to build either BM or BSM version - these are updated 'Foxhound' models with better avionics and most notable exterior difference - 4 short underwing pylons that can carry either R-73 or R-77 missiles, compared to the larger single pylon on earlier versions. AMK plans to release the initial version in a few months (as well as MiG-25 by the end of 2016!)
