I just came across this kit in a local used bookstore, was thrilled til I got home and discovered the rear tires are missing. If anyone has this kit could you possibly provide the measurments for the rear tires so I can try to find a suitable replacement? Thanks

No prob, have it right here. Height is 33 mm, width is 19 mm and the wheel diameter is 17 mm.
