The timeline above is wrong. This is NOT a "new decals" rebox of I-15bis :-o. It's not even just a "new parts" rebox, it's a different kit of a different airplane (see wings, cowling, windshield, cockpit seat etc. etc.). Even common parts on both airplanes are tooled rather differently.
It's a separate line, heavily based on Pavla kit (obviously same master, interchangeable parts). ICM has more detailed cockpit and cockpit doors cut out. Later reboxed as early I-15 here:

The ICM I-15bis is a separate family (or actually two of them, old and new).
I already spent time to correct the whole timeline once, only to have most of the changes overriden by someone, so I write it here instead.
