Nick ThompsonBe wary of this company. I bought one of these kits and it turned out to be faulty. No problem, I thought, these things happen. The company agreed to send me a new one, but I have received nothing and all subsequent attempts to contact them have been met with silence. Check the reviews on their FB page - it seems I am not alone.

Ben MThe rumor I have heard is the owner has health problems and periodically disappears due to that. I remember not hearing back from him for a long period of time and then he reappeared. I am not on FB so I can't comment as to what's up. But I do not think when he falls silent it is due to him being shady, I think he will eventually get back to you, but who knows how long it might take.

However, it's now been close to a year and I am still sitting here with an expensive lump of useless resin and a new stack of unanswered emails sent to Luis since then. All I can say is, health issues or not, this is no way to run a business or treat customers. There are ways to ensure a customer is communicated with in this length of time no matter what else is going on. But to promise a replacement, twice, and then not honour that puts this company and its owner in the dishonest con-artist category for me. I have no expectation of ever having this resolved which is an incredible disappointment as it did look like a great kit.
