The "Eager Beaver" truck has nothing to do with the WW2 related GMC CCKW truck. It is a post-war decendant of this truck and is more related, say predecessor, of the M35 truck than to the CCKW. Good comparison could be made with the "Revell Jeep & M34 tactical Truck" kit n° 03029 released in 1998. The Revell kit is a take-over and re-release of the original Monogram kit as can be seen on the Monogram logo moulded on the inner side of the bonnets of both the M34 and the jeep.
