T-37A amphibious tank

I do not understand where part B-10 is attached. I looked at other peoples builds and I can’t figure it out! 

Made it through step 2 last night. 

My first time making individual link tracks. It’s broken into 3 pieces but hopefully I can remove them to paint them separately. Definitely a skill I need to improve on.
