Argh! Forgot to add some comments ... I was unable to add this kit to the stash because it's a really old figurine. it was made by HOFI models, which apparently got gobbled up by another company and this kit is one that fell under the axe.
Now I only built this because I needed to brush up on shadow-highlight painting. From this exercise, a small vignette was born.
It did take me quite some time to get it right! The resin was a really obnoxious type... for some reason the surface remained 'oily'. In the end, the washing with different products was aided by a thick primer layer (actually 5-6 of 'em)

Great job! If you send all the specifics (box photo, kit #, ect. to one of the admins they would be able to add it to the dadabase and you could add it to your completed projects. 🙂

Calvin, thanks for the comments. Since this is a really old kit and obviously not around anymore, I doubt it would have earned a place in the database. It was a side-project, so I'll keep considering it like that 🙂

Barkmann, one might fond some HOFI figurines still being sold on the internet (sauch as on a well-known bidding site). You may always add older kits in the database. It's always a nice additions. The DB even has kits from 1930's 🙂

Well, I checked out the form fields to add this kit, but found me lacking on my part. The box simply does not have the requested information. An exhaustive search on the net also yielded no results.

@ Ulf: Thanks! But to be honest, I'm not a figure painter. The kit was picked up in a garage sale and I used it only to see if I could get the colours right. The figure itself seems "off" somehow. The pose isn't really natural looking and there were a lot of faults to be corrected (maybe due to it's age)
