M1A1 Abrams with Mine Plow

This is how my model was left from 2009 or so...

Prepared for new priming, I think it was primed with two greys, alclad grey primer and model master grey primer.

I decided to re-prime with a AMMO Mig Dark Yellow primer, just to test it and then not black base it but add black shadows over it. 

Shading with AMMO Mig One Shot Lucky Primer 

First coat of MM 4812 

 

Still a lot of painting to do, but assembled it to get a feel for it... 

Repainted it with Humbrol 121 Rust 

First try with AMMO Mig chipping effects, looks like need a bit of rotouching. Anyway, there will be a lot of weathering and some metalizer paint on plow. And another coat of paint on tank in background. 

Road wheels painted, just a bit of touch up required later on.
