Oho! Looks like you're gonna beat me to the end. Mine's been in hiatus since I lost the breech and cannon assembly months ago. I searched all over to no avail.
It turned up recently when I dug my helping hands out of the drawer. Doh!

Those aren't the kit decals, are they? I'm going to use a Star Decals set, because the Finnish swastikas were removed from mine in compliance with German law.

No, these are Girls und Panzer decals, i'm building the kit as the BT-42 used by Jatkosota school in "Girls und Panzer: Der Film".

I though as much. I'm pretty sure that I would've chosen those if they were available in the kit! 🙂

Slavo, indeed! Or Panzerfahren depending on the translation. 🙂
Nigel, I found someone on eBay who sells most of the decals in various scales, can give a link if you want!

Quite probably! The HEAT shells proved to be very ineffective due to faulty fuses, in one engagement a BT-42 hit a T-34 18 times and failed to even disable it.

Fantastic. This is on my list of future builds. I have kits and decals for all of the Ooarai tanks (even Same-san 🙂), but the Karl sequence in Der Film has to be the best battle so far, so I need to do Jatkosotka's BT as well. Looking forward to seeing this build!

Jim, that sounds awesome! I have a few GuP tanks, but nowhere near as many as I would like, i'll definitely do more in the future.
Ogge, the turret was heavier yes, but not quite to the extent people think. It reduced the power to weight of the vehicle down from 37 hp/t to 33.3 hp/t.

Yes but my undestandig is that the big problem was suspension but every book you read has diffrent ideas.
If you like GuP this Swedish store has some traded for betwen 30 to 40 euro do not know if they send outside Sweden and cost hobbybokhandeln.biz/99-1-35

Unless you really want the GuP boxings, it's cheaper and easier to just get the base kits and use a third-party decal set. Often these are exactly the same kits that are used in the "official" boxings, or you can get even better ones (Takom's M3 Lee rather than the old Tamiya one, or the new Amusing Hobby Tiger (P) instead of the Italeri one). Fine Molds does an excellent decal set that gives markings for all of the Ōarai tanks except for Shark. It even has the Pio-Pio and Carre Veloce markings for Anglerfish and Duck from the Anzio OVA, as well as the basic kanji numerals that the tanks have in the first couple of episodes. They're in several scales, too. The set is quite hard to find at the moment, but well worth getting. It's not cheap, but it will save you money on the base kits, so it will probably work out cheaper if you want to do several of the vehicles.

Jim, there's always eBay I suppose, but I agree, it works out much cheaper to buy a better kit then just use decals. I'd love to do that Porsche Tiger kit actually, mine is a very poorly built kit of Italeri one I did years ago.
Ogge, your English is very good! 🙂
