A pair of Migs. Mig-27 started.
Finally Finished.
Paint done, decals in progress.
Close up of left side of the nose.
Still need to add all of the stencils to this side.
Left side decals finished.
Undersides painted with Vajello Russian underside blue faded.
Primed, marble coated and pre-shaded.
Lower surfaces painted, light blue.
Primed, marble coat applied, along with some contrasting pre-shading.
Primer started. Added some filler around windscreen, as I was not happy with the fit.
Exhaust painted. Once good and dry, will mask it off for painting,
Wheel well's painted.
PE and more PE. Underside of nose.
Right side of nose.
Top of nose.
Right main wheel well.
Left main wheel well.
Top of fuselage.
Aft lower fuselage.
Bottom of fuselage.
Belly view.
Started adding exterior PE parts.
Intakes finally faired in. Now I can start adding Photo Etch details.
Lots of putty.
A complete airframe. Intake fit on this one is crap, will require large amounts of putty and elbow grease.
Nose will require some card shims and alot of putty.
Need to finish IP and HUD.

Clifford KeeslerI finally got all of the photo etch installed. Spent 3 hours just building the PE exhaust nozzle. Would of been easier to put a resin one in I think. I did order resin bombs and resin AA-2 Atoll missiles for it. The kit ones were way over sized and poorly detailed. I used the PE aft fuselage bomb racks, and then found a resin set, that would of been much nicer. OH well will remember it for the next one. It is primed back to the exhaust nozzle. will finish painting the nozzle tomorrow and finish priming it. Will take some more pictures then.

Clifford KeeslerThank you very much Roland, Slavo and Alexander. Your kind words mean a lot. I personally think I over weathered it a bit. But did not want to take the chance of trying to re-paint areas to tone down the weathering. Although I did see some pretty beat up ones in my reference phptos.
