That is a beautiful paint job! Also makes me realize the F-117A is much larger than it looks.

Thank you both! In comparison to my other 1:48 jets, this one definitely seems a bit over-scaled. I have never seen one in person, so I'm not really sure how they compare.

it look really nice, but I have a question, you printed the starts and then cover with foil and then tape on top to then cut the tape..., why not print the starts in the masking tape directly? there are A4 sheets of it.
the way you did it looks great, but directly on a sheet of masking paper would have been much easier.

You are absolutely correct. I didnt even think about that. I was only working with what I had on hand. I will definitely put some of that on my shopping list. Thanks for the tip!

Nice build Casey. Beautiful work masking the flag on the bottom.

Thanks, Jorge! (also realizing its been a year and didn't acknowledge Nathan, Spanjaard, and Roland - my apologies! - thanks to you as well!) That was a fun project. Turned a rather monotone airplane into something good to look at.

Waiting a year might be a good idea. Cool stuff comes back into the feed. 😂
