Building Tiger 003
It has been some time, but I picked it back up.
Some parts missing, lots of gaps...
This old kit has the wrong turret included. Using the zimmerit as guide. One persicope to many.
Fender spring is missing, lots of gaps again
Restored Hull.
Fixed rear, Dragon did not include a the larger Meshes, had to some from my Amusing Hobby kit.
Gaps are closed, spring replaced with a spare one out of my Rammtiger by Das Werk/Amusing Hobby.
Front glacis has now Zimmerit. Persicope no. 3 is removed and filled (still drying)
Gaps filled.
Can you see the decal failing? Never ever going to "safe" time by not cutting a stencil again. Now I have to replace it anyways.
track area done with pigments and X-20A Oil stains were added on later.
Side panel and wheels done. Sprockets will have to wait till the tracks are on.
Decals didn't hold up. Time for a replacement
Removed the old decals, some areas are damaged. I'll clean up the surface once the stencils are sprayed on.
This one went down perfectly.
Due to the Zimmerit there is some cleanup needed.
Same here, lots of cleanup work ahead.

This is the best feature about your channel in my opinion: best executed research (books and photos are not so useful if one cannot convert them into the actual model). If there are more videos touching upon what 3d printer to buy, setups, how to print them etc, the knowledge density per minute will increase, hence finding a spot that no other models cover extensively at this point (not that I know of).
There are many tankbrushers on the internet, but only one with 3d printed parts from his research. Keep on buddy!
