Horch Kfz. 15 Stabskommando Büffelbrigade
This was how I left plus 30 years ago. As I had no airbrush at the time, I painted some parts beforehand. The reason I left it was that the body fitted poorly to the chassis. But after all these years I applied a little bit of force and it suddenly worked.
Added some resin wheels from Hussar Productions. The tread pattern is damaged where the sprue gate was, so I put these parts where the wheels touch the floor. Fit was quite alright: it required only clipping off the outer parts of the kit axles and some enlarging of the openings in the wheels.

Jean-Christophe ZeusDuring the whole operation, I managed to break off the turn signals and the rear view mirrors. Today I would attach these parts much later, and not follow the instructions to the letter.
The wheels are much better detailed than the kit ones, made from vinyl. But by now there are better alternatives, e.g. the ones from Def Model which are sagged and feature manufacturer embossings on the tyre walls. But on this kit OTOH it would probably be strange to have this much more details on the wheels than on the rest of the kit.
