Well, no. I remember how much I preferred Matchbox over Airfix in my early modeling days. Good fit and affordability were far more important than 'accuracy'. I am completing a Matchbox Ju188 right now. 🙂

But where I am today, I just don't think Airfix deserves 5,40 Euros for this job.

I finally decided to take some pictures of this build. The plane was assembled and spraypainted with Tamiya enamels; I think it's time to go get me some acrylics now. Next I spraypainted a clearcoat. Next thing I am gonna do is color in the panel lines and fix the decals.
