IDF M-113 "Zelda"
Command and Communication M-113 of the IDF

My most ambitious project so far....
A good friend of mine, who is travelling to Israel very often, brought me some pictures he took near the Golan Area where he was able to photograph a unusual Version of the IDF "Zelda" (mainly used for transports and as Medevac)... The Version i´m about to build is an "Zelda" with full communication equipment (Antennas and Rods) and also (very interesting) a not further identified array that looks similar to the US Duke IDE Jammer (which is only in use in the US as far as i kow)

My model is planned to show full interieur (maybe even the Motor, but i´m undecided yet because that would intend much more converting because the Armour Shields in the Front would have to be opened)
Further i have seen many pictures showing the Armourplates covered with some textile (?) like in the drawing above. But i don´t want to cover all the plates.

slowly progress because there a so many Details i have to look for and the evaluation of the available pictures in Books, the web etc takes a little bit....
