@gorby: oh yes, They really make the difference. The age of the kit is noticeable, so the PE is a nice plus.
@Łukasz Gliński: There will be no camo pattern. The vehicle is small and such an elaborate multi-color camouflage would make all details visually disappear. In the end, it would only look colorful and misshapen, i guess.
@Robert Podkoński: thank you for the pics! A good source, also for later projects 😉 However, the exhibited specimen would have to be a replica, because according to my research, no original vehicle has survived over the time.

well, you can search by barcode. you only need to type it 😉
for example if you search for 6947917000010 you get the two kits that seem to have it SCM Search: 6947917000010 (two boxings of the same kit)
of course it is possible that not all kits have the barcode entered in the database.

Yeah I know I can enter barcode numbers manually but I thought maybe mobile page of SCM can read barcodes automatically from the camera since I'm lazy 😁

But the moment your camera detects a barcode, it will automatically do a lookup in the database and display your "manage stash" links

i tried, but it did not "see" the barcodes I tried. it only wanted yo use front camera, I could not change to back camera. using android phone

back camera works now. but i can not recognize barcodes. it simply stays there, showing the image, but not doing anything.
if i am too close, barcode is out of focus. when camera placed further way, barcode is focus, but it is a very small part of the window. not sure if that makes a difference.

I made the revell version earlier. A little bit better but neither of them is issue free. The revell unreachable on the market, just the italeri version. Good luck for your project.

I am definitely following this build. The Italeri kit is not an easy build (and it is a model of the very first A-version of the Gripen, not the C-version used by Hungary), but it is the only one that exists today. I am however sure you will do a splendid job!
